All products are brand new direct from the manufacture. Stethoscopes.to does not sell used or refurbished equipment. We honor all of 3M Littmann's warranties and student promotions.

All orders in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours (M-F) of receipt of the order with most arriving in 3-5 working days (depending on your location). Items out of stock will ship within 7-10 additional working days. Orders shipped via Standard service may ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) GroundTrac Service or the US Postal Service Priority mail. P.O. Boxes will be shipped by the US Postal Service. There may be additional charges for orders shipped to HI, AK, or PR. We will email a shipping quote prior to shipping your order.

Please include a phone, fax, or e-mail address with your order so that we can alert you if an item is out of stock.

Items may be returned or exchanged for refund within 30 days of invoice date. Please email returns@stethoscopes.to for a return authorization number prior to doing so. All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, including all package contents with the manufacturer's original packaging. Returned products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
